From Inquiry to Delivery

Export Process

How We Work With Buyers

Buying copra from a new supplier should be simple and transparent. We follow a clear process from the first inquiry to the moment your container leaves Indonesia, so you know what you will receive and when.

Every shipment is graded before loading and travels with a complete set of export documents.

Packing & Documents

Ready for Container Shipping

Copra is shipped by container, either loaded in bulk or packed in sacks, depending on how your mill receives it. White and edible copra are supplied in halves; black (mixed) copra in halves or mixed sizes. HS Code 1203.

Commercial Invoice · Packing List · Bill of Lading · Certificate of Origin · Fumigation certificate on request

Quality Control

What We Check Before Loading

Moisture

Lower moisture means longer storage life and less risk of mould during the voyage.

Oil Content

Checked against the grade you ordered, because it decides the oil yield at your mill.

Free Fatty Acid (FFA)

An indicator of freshness and oil quality, kept within the agreed limit.

Foreign Matter

Shells, dust and other impurities are kept to a minimum before the container is closed.

Send us your grade, volume and destination port. We reply with price, photos and sample options.
